We protect our filter drier during brazing

This is the outcome of not protecting a filter drier during brazing

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

Unprotected filter driers could rust out and cause unit to leak, resulting in an expensive unit repair. We also mechanically bend the copper so there are fewer joints to leak and saves money on copper fittings.

After pressing testing to manufacturer specifications, we use vacuum rated hoses to pull a vacuum, insuring we get the system as clean as possible. Standard pressure gauges are not vacuum rated!
